$ 475 set up fee –Back bar set up, beer and wine display containers, drink storage ice and coolers, tables for our bar set up, wine and beer opening tools, ice scoops, napkins and a custom bar menu sign.
 

$ 65 / hour per bar staff

• 1 bar staff for up to 60
• 2 bar staff for 60 – 150 (2nd bar tender hours will match bar open/close)
• 3 bar staff 150 – 300 (1 is considered a bar back staff)
• Staff +1 per 50 is required for table service at each level

• 4-hour minimum of bar tending services.
• Contract begins 90 mins prior to service to set up, load in & stock bar. 
• Contract ends 60 mins post closure to pack up & leave bar as found.
• A tip jar will be used by our staff or a $1 per guest count will be billed to client per bar tender (client choice).
• Travel is complimentary within 15 miles of our S. Snohomish office. $50 charged over 15 miles of distance. Hourly rates apply to driving over 20 miles.  
• Personalized meeting to review menu & drink selection (via Zoom).
• Large coolers for cooling beverages.
• Galvanized Tubs for non- alcoholic drink self-service.
• Customized Bar Menu (if drink choices & brands are provided by 30 days out). 
• Last call is 45 mins before event end OR earlier if required by venue  
• Clients may provide alcohol to reduce overall costs.
• Clients may provide cups/glasses & serving ice to reduce overall costs.

• A bar staff may be requested for dressing hours for weddings.
• Lighted ‘BAR” Sign ($40)

• Infused “Pretty’ Waters in choice of dispenser (2 containers @$125 + Recyclable Cups)
• Hot Chocolate Bar ($225 – 3 gallons with toppings and theme décor) 
• Drink ice ($50/ 50 lbs / 50 guests) 
• Charcuterie ($20 per person – 20 qty minimum) 
• Discounted service fees for planning / décor / floral services (when contracted w/bar tending).
